Cloacal energy corrections
These powerful energy points reconnect the brain and body. Great if you are feeling ungrounded or like a 'headless chicken'! With a gentle touch of the fore and middle finger, use one hand to hold the head points and the other to hold the lower body points for approximately 20-30 seconds each time. There are four combinations for the front and rear of the body - two vertical and two diagonal.

Gait energy points
When we hold pain or tension in our bodies, we often adjust our postures and our walking pattern to compensate. This then throws our body even more out of balance. Holding these points helps to address this and also enables the body to retain structural shifts and corrections that take place within the sessions.
1. You sit down and bring a foot up on to your knee.
2. Slide your OPPOSITE thumb under the sole of the foot and allow the fingers to curl over the top of the foot:

3. Bring your free hand and slide the thumb under the palm of the hand holding the foot and let the fingers curl over the top of this hand.
4. Hold this for 30-60 seconds and then swap sides.

N.B. The hand holding the foot needs to be the OPPOSITE hand. Thumbs are always UNDER the hand / foot ie thumb to palm and sole of foot.

Tibetan 8s or Celtic weave hold
Our bodies are full of swirling, interconnecting figure 8 energies that feed into our chakra system. When these become disturbed, it can be very soothing and beneficial to place one hand over the forehead and the other over the navel and take some slow deep breaths.
