Treatment of babies/young children: It is recommended that two adults attend the session - one as the surrogate on which the muscle testing will take place and one to assist with/entertain the young person.

What to expect

Consultations always start with a conversation with the client about how they are feeling and what, if any, symptoms have been experienced. In the first session a full client history is taken.

The client will then undergo a variety of muscle tests which will quickly zone in on the weakest muscles, ascertain which are the priority and work on these muscles.

Treatment involves a variety of aspects to strengthen the muscle and corresponding organ or body system and can include: deep lymphatic massage, stimulation of the neuro-vascular points, balancing of the body's energies, emotional support, identification of supporting nutrition.

Nutrition

In order for the client to attain optimum health, their body needs the correct fuel. Dietary advice will be discussed and nutrition may be recommended; nutrition is often a vital part of the treatment which can greatly assist a speedy recovery to well-being. Nutrition is charged separately and is a valuable part of your investment in your own health. Please bring any nutrition and medication you currently take with you, so that we can ascertain the effect it is having on your body.

Your health

It is crucial that clients accept responsibility for their own health and well-being. Kinesiology is not intended to replace other medical advice, but work alongside it. Please continue to communicate with your GP or specialist and keep them informed of any developments.
